Our new Baubles Stamp Set is incredibly versatile and great for anyone who likes getting crafty.
The possible uses are only limited by your imagination, but here are a few ideas from the Bloomfield & Rolfe studio to get you started.
The Baubles Stamp Set costs £32 and consists of 3 perspex mounted stamps. The largest 'bauble' can be personalised with a message of your choice. The stamps come in a fabric drawstring bag. Order here.
1. Keeping it simple - create colourful tags and christmas cards
Stamp in any combination to create original and personal greetings for friends and family.
The bauble strings can be drawn on with a ruler at any length you choose so the baubles 'hang'.
2. Make wrapping paper
Stamp your baubles in rows, clusters or completely randomly to make your own bauble pattern.
3. Go 3D
Cut out your baubles and create a deluxe 3D effect by using sticky foam pads, or even just a bit of rolled up sticky tape. Simple and effective.
4. Hanging baubles
Cut out your baubles and thread onto colourful string or ribbon to create hanging baubles for tags, cards, or even just as decorations to hang on the christmas tree.
5. Get out your needle and thread
Create striking wrapping paper by 'sewing' your bauble strings. This will definitely get your gift noticed.
6. Christmas Tree cards
You and the kids can have a great afternoon painting christmas trees, then you can decorate them with your bauble stamps.
Kids handprints make brilliant Christmas trees.
7. Christmas tree wrap
Carrying on the Christmas tree theme, paint and stamp your own gift wrap - the tree size is only limited by the paper you can find. Another brilliant way to entertain the kids.
8. Create your own food wrappers
Stamp onto paper bags or greaseproof paper to make festive food wrapping. Perfect if you're making treats for friends, neighbours or colleagues, or maybe just a really special way to wrap a festive packed lunch.
9. Add a book dedication
It's really nice to get a personal message on the inside cover when you receive a book as a gift, and a Christmas stamp is a lovely way to do this. I've added the year too on the example below,
10. Jazz up your mail
Let the festivities begin before your cards and gifts are even opened. Stamp your envelopes and parcels - if nothing else it might cheer up some of the grumpy postmen out there.
